Return Policy

To be eligible for a return and full refund, please note the following criteria:

Item was purchased within 30 days
Item was not on sale. All sale products are Final Sale.
Item is in original form, new, in its original packaging, with the dust bag and tags attached
Items are returned using USPS paid for and provided by Customer
Item was purchased on www.resselamothe.com.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not respect our return policy.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Returns are easy. Here are the steps to returning an eligible product:


1. CONTACT US
Contact our customer service and explain the reason for your choice to return the item via USPS.

2. REPACKAGE THE ITEMS & RETURN THE PARCEL
Place items you wish to return along with your completed Return Form inside your package
Take item to USPS for return shipping to us.
Drop and pay for the package at your nearest USPS Post Office or drop off point (Find the closest location here)

REFUNDS
Upon receipt of your return, please allow 10-20 business days for your return to be processed. We will issue a refund to the method of payment used for the purchase (credit card or gift card).

We will notify you via email once your refund is complete!

FINAL SALE
Any product that is final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
